Trust Score Explained
Every verified business has a Trust Score from 0-100:

| 90-100 | Excellent — Long history, no issues |
| 70-89 | Good — Established, minor concerns |
| 50-69 | Fair — Newer or some reports |
| Below 50 | Caution — Review carefully |
What Affects Trust Score?
- Time verified — Longer = higher
- Scan history — Consistent activity = higher
- User reports — Reports lower the score

How It Works (Technical)
The Verification Flow
User uploads Cue Card image

OCR extracts QR payload
↓
System decodes: {stamp_id, anchor_id, timestamp, signature}
↓
Lookup in Leviathan registry
↓
Display verification results
Leviathan Registry
Every Cue Card is stored in our central registry (Leviathan):
- Payload hash — Cryptographic fingerprint
- Registered Anchor — Verified destination
- Security state — Valid, revoked, or suspicious
- Usage history — Scan counts and patterns
Dual-Path Verification
The same registry serves two verification paths:

Reporting Counterfeits
If you find a suspicious Cue Card:

Q: Do I have to verify every Cue Card? A: No. Normal scanning through Hofund is already verified. The Furnace is for when you want extra assurance.
Q: What if a card isn’t in the registry? A: It might be from outside Liana Banyan’s system. Treat with caution.
Q: Can businesses see who verified their cards? A: No. Verification is anonymous. Businesses only see aggregate counts.
Q: Is The Furnace free? A: Yes. Anyone can verify any Cue Card for free.
