What It Does: Neighbors feeding neighbors. Home cooks prepare meals for their community.

How It Works:

2. Neighbors order (prepay with Credits)

4. Cook keeps 83.3%, platform gets 16.7%

#2: Let’s Get Groceries

What It Does: Volume purchasing power. Communities buy groceries together for lower prices.

How It Works:

1. Members indicate grocery needs
2. System aggregates orders
3. Bulk purchase at wholesale
4. Distribution to members
5. Savings passed to community

#3: Let’s Go Shopping

What It Does: Cooperative buying power for non-grocery items.

#4: Household Concierge

What It Does: World-class home management for everyone.

Trust Requirement: All providers vetted through Harper Guild. Rally Group background verification required.

What It Does: Intergenerational connection + Do The Swoop medical support.

Do The Swoop Component:

• Covers daily living during terminal/cancer treatment

What It Does: Cooperative manufacturing and business incubation.

Manufacturing Model:
