1. Salary of Results (CEO Position)

What it is: Performance-based compensation tied to measurable outcomes.

Cap: 1,000,000 dollars per year maximum

How “Salary of Results” Works:

No base salary. Compensation is calculated from:

Compensation = Σ(Outcome × Value × Share)

Where:
- Outcome = measurable result achieved
- Value = platform valuation of that outcome
- Share = position's percentage of that value
