What it is: Performance-based compensation tied to measurable outcomes.

How “Salary of Results” Works:
No base salary. Compensation is calculated from:
Compensation = Σ(Outcome × Value × Share)
Where:
- Outcome = measurable result achieved
- Value = platform valuation of that outcome
- Share = position's percentage of that value

What it is: Revenue from products the Founder creates and sells through the platform.

HexIsle is a board game the Founder designed. When sold:
