The 300

Strategic Allies for the Long Haul

“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.” โ€” Sun Tzu, The Art of War

The Vision

Not 300 famous people. 300 committed people.

An ecosystem of hundreds that leads thousands to benefit millions.

The original 300 Spartans weren’t the strongest army โ€” they were the most committed. They held the pass not because they could win, but because someone had to hold the line while the rest prepared.

We’re building the same thing: 300 strategic allies who understand that the first wave isn’t about glory โ€” it’s about creating the conditions for everyone else to succeed.

The Selection Criteria

โœ… What We Look For

  1. Values Alignment โ€” Do they believe workers should keep what they earn?
  2. Operational Capacity โ€” Can they actually DO things, not just talk?
  3. Network Access โ€” Do they open doors we can’t open ourselves?
  4. Commitment Durability โ€” Will they still be here when it gets hard?
  5. Depoliticization โ€” Can they work with people across the spectrum?

โŒ The Switzerland Rule

NO POLITICS. NO RELIGION.

Liana Banyan is Switzerland. We don’t take sides in culture wars. We don’t endorse candidates. We don’t promote religious doctrines.

Why? Because:

The Pledge

Every member of The 300 affirms:

I commit to:

1. Values over visibility โ€” I’m here to help, not to be seen helping

2. Contribution over credit โ€” The mission matters more than my name

3. Switzerland neutrality โ€” I will not politicize the platform

4. Long-haul thinking โ€” I understand this is a marathon, not a sprint

5. Failing forward โ€” When I make mistakes (and I will), I’ll own them and learn

The Opportunity: Canada Visa Crisis

Effective January 1, 2026, Canada suspended the Start-Up Visa Program affecting 30+ countries.

40,000+ international entrepreneurs just lost their path to building businesses in Canada.

Liana Banyan offers an alternative:

These displaced entrepreneurs are exactly who we need in The Phalanx.

The Ask

We’re not asking for money (yet).

We’re asking for:

“Help Each Other Help Ourselves”

The 300 aren’t waiting to be recruited.

They’re already looking for something like this.

If that’s you, welcome home.
