Credits (100)

• Full platform access

• Immediate utility

Joules (100)

• Recognition of contribution at founding moment
• Locked at December 1, 2025 rate
• If platform grows 10x, these Joules still convert to 100 Credits
• But those 100 Credits are now worth 10x more externally
• Forever stamp reward for being first

No Marks

• Marks carry “debt” connotation
• Granting Marks as gift = “here’s debt to work off”
• Let Marks emerge naturally from differential mechanism
• Credits + Joules = pure value, no psychological burden

Claim Flow

1. Artist receives QR code via Instagram DM
2. Artist scans or clicks link
3. Landing page shows: “You own a Liana Banyan Medallion!”
4. Artist enters email + creates password
5. Account created → FC-047 + 100 Credits + 100 Joules linked
6. Artist sees dashboard with balances
7. Wallet transfer = optional (if they want NFT in own wallet)

DOCUMENTATION GENERATED

For each artist payment, generate:

1. License Agreement — Terms of music usage
2. Payment Receipt — Cash amount + method + date
3. Currency Grant Certificate — Credits + Joules amounts
4. Medallion Certificate — FC number + ownership confirmation
5. QR Code — Claim link for platform onboarding
