SECTION 3: TEAM FORMATION SYSTEM

Multiple Applicants → Form a Team

When 10 people apply for the same position:

1. They join a Discord candidate channel
2. Discuss and get to know each other (48-72 hours)
3. Vote anonymously on who to include
4. Majority YES = accepted to team

Weighted Voting for Incumbents

Rationale: Early members have more invested, get slightly more say.

Exit Cost Escalation

“Not LOCK locked in, but make good choices.”

Exit fees split: 50% team pool, 50% platform.
