The Philosophy
Each initiative needs a First Leader — someone who embodies the mission, has the expertise, and the heart to grow it from sapling to forest.
These are not employees. They are Crown Holders — granted Founder’s Reserve stakes, with titles reflecting their founding role.

🏛️ Council Structure
Every initiative operates as a Council:
- Crown Holder = First Seat (tie-breaker, Steering Committee voice)
- Council = All workers and members of that initiative
- Board Rep = Elected by the Council (early on, likely the Crown)
As councils grow, workers choose their own voice for the Board.
